SUPPLY AND INSTALL Process

​

Many customers take advantage of our comprehensive supply and install service which includes design, supply and installation. With busy lives, they simply want everything to be taken care of from beginning to end and that is exactly what this service offers.

With this service we take away the stress of organising different tradesmen and timescales. We also plan delivery dates to fit with our installers.

Our ‘Supply and Install’ service is available to clients within the local areas.

Step 1 – Consultation & design

​

You either visit our showroom to view and discuss our product range and your requirements. After which we will (if required) book for one of our designers to visit your property to measure up the room(s) and ensure we can achieve your desired results.

Or

You book one of our designers to visit to measure up and discuss your requirements.

We can also work from plans if you haven’t moved into the property or building works etc haven’t commenced.

Step 2 - Design Presentation

​

You visit the showroom where we will present you with the designs for your new bathroom using virtual reality images so that we can help you visualise your brand new bathroom(s). We will work with you and amend designs and quotations until you are completely happy with the final results. Your designer will guide you step by step through every stage of the installation, right through to the final handover of your completed bathroom.

 

Step 3 – Installation visit

Once the designs and supply quotation are finished to your satisfaction, one of our installation teams will visit to ensure all products can be installed as per your requirements and to calculate the installation costs. They will then liaise with the designer and you will be given the installation costs. At this stage you will have the complete prices and any final alterations to designs or quotations can be made.

Step 4 – Confirming order and booking installation slot

​

Once everything is as per your requirements the order will be confirmed, the deposit paid and the installation slot will be booked. We require a 50% deposit, a further 25% is payable just prior to delivery of the goods with the remaining 25% payable on completion of the project.

After Completion

We pride ourselves on our customer service and aftercare. All our workmanship is covered by a 2 year warranty so you can be assured of a high standard of installation and also our continued support after the installation is complete.

 

After this period, we are happy to revisit previous projects to carry out maintenance or update aspects of the room for customers as a chargeable service.

SUPPLY ONLY SERVICE

​

You may wish to install your products yourself or perhaps you already have an installer lined up for the job. In this case you can use our supply only service.

 

We are happy to complete Steps 1 and 2 above. We will happily discuss and design your bathroom(s), either from plans supplied or by visiting your property, taking measurements, and preparing designs.

​

We’ll help you to choose the products that will make up your perfect bathroom. We have a huge range of quality products to choose from and can show many of the actual products in your designs. Where this isn’t possible, we will resize the nearest product to make the designs as realistic as possible.

​

Once completed to your satisfaction you pay a deposit to confirm your order and advise us when the items are required. The balance is payable just prior to delivery of your items.

OTHER INFORMATION

​

We supply products from many of the leading manufacturers. Some examples are Porcelanosa tiles, Laufen, Catalano, Casa Bagno, Hansgrohe, Aqualla, Flova, Zehnder, Flair showers, Matki and Imperial Bathrooms to name just a few.

If you use our supply only service, we are happy to offer details of installers known to us who have previously offered great results for customers. In this instance we recommend taking up references etc to ensure you are completely satisfied before commencing your bathroom installation. If you choose to employ one of the recommended installers, your contract is directly with them, all payments are made directly to them and any issues or questions should be directed to them.
